LH Research "MightyMITE" power supply

The power supply works, but makes an annoying high pitched noise which drives you crazy after a while.
According to the SMPS Repair FAQ, I'd better check for dried up capacitors in the output modules:
Sounds that SMPSs make

   2. High pitched, but audible, whine - Excessive load. Like (1), this may
be caused by shorted components. For example, a common failure a Panasonic
VCR power supply is for the 18 V zener diode across the 15 V output to short
due to dried up electrolytic capacitors. The result in an overload and
whine, but usually not a catastrophic failure of anything else.
The big filter capacitors in the 5V module are rated 28000µF / 7.5VDC / 85°C. A suitable replacement would be Cornell Dubilier Electronics type CGS183U010R2C.
The main rectifier filter capacitors are rated 2900µF / 200VDC / 85°C. The Cornell Dubilier Electronics CGH292T250V3L would be a good replacement for those.

They aren't cheap: replacing the lot would cost close to 200EUR ...
